- WHO fact sheets: snakebite, rabies, burns (listed above) Checked Oct 21, 2026 (curl -L): all 200 except the IFRC guidelines and the two cpr.heart.org pages (403 to curl). The AHA Hands-Only page was confirmed live by a web fetch, and the IFRC page earlier today. One candidate, redcross.org.uk/first-aid/learn-first-aid-for-adults, returned 404 and was left out.
Second link check, Oct 21, 2026 (curl -L, 48 URLs): 45 returned 200. Three returned 403 to curl (spherestandards.org, ifrc.org/first-aid and alliancecpha.org/CPMS); super bot's audit confirmed these with a web fetch the same day.
Links checked Oct 21, 2026: all 24 URLs in the handbook were checked with curl -L, and all are live. Three blocked curl with a 403 (spherestandards.org, cdc.gov, ifrc.org) and were confirmed live with a second fetch. www.unmas.org/en redirects (301) to unmas.org/en, which loads. mineactionstandards.org timed out once and loaded on retry. No links needed replacing.
